Your abstracts provide the main added value for the conference and we encourage you to start early to think about a project that you want to share with colleagues.
We look forward on receiving your contributions! To allow time for the scientific committee to evaluate your abstracts, please submit them as soon as possible before the deadline (May 12th).

The preferred format

Scientific oral presentation
This includes presentations of original scientific data collected by the author(s).
Any established research approach: research design or research methods will be welcomed.
Background: Provide a description of the problem being analysed or evaluated and justify the reason why the research adds value to current knowledge.
Purpose: Indicate the purpose or objective(s) of the research, the hypothesis that was tested, etc.
Methods: Participants: Describe the number and relevant characteristics of the participants and the selection procedure.
Instruments: What methodological approach was used in the study and data collection?
Analysis: Describe the type of qualitative/quantitative data analysis used to assist you in interpreting your data.
Results: Briefly summarize the main findings derived from your analysis.
Conclusions and implication: What can be concluded from the analysis of your data? What is the clinical relevance? What are the suggestions for future work? The take-home message.
Key Words: Add 3 to 5 keywords.
Funding acknowledgements (if applicable): Please acknowledge any funding sources that supported your work. If the work was unfunded, please state this.
Ethics approval: In accordance with advances in research governance, we require a statement concerning the use of ethical considerations (max 20 words).
Clinically oriented papers/ clinical oral presentation
Presentations of new or original programmes, clinically oriented papers, theories and descriptions of innovative ways in which established methods have been adapted to meet the need of clinical practice.
Background: Provide a description of the perspective or aspect being analysed and justify the reason why the report adds value to current knowledge.
Purpose: What was the major reason for developing the new or adapted programme/ method/theory/resource? Any secondary objectives?
Methods: How has the programme been evaluated? What methods, materials and principles were involved in the project, and how have these been adapted and used?
Results: What has been the response to the programme method and theory when it has been used?
Conclusions: What are the conclusions from the development and evaluation? What are the suggestions for future work?

Workshop
Presentation of an established clinical program, methodologies, skills practice, etc.
Background: Provide a description of the contents/concepts that will be presented during the Workshop, previous experiences and justify the benefit to the field.
Purpose: What was the major reason for developing the Workshop? Which are the learning objectives?
Methods: How will the workshop be conducted? Material used? What methods, materials and principles are involved in the workshop?
Results: What are the learning outcomes that the workshop participants will achieve?
Conclusions: What are the conclusions from the Workshop? What are the suggestions for future work? What is the take-home messages and what are the implications for practice/ management/education/ policy.

Scientific or a clinically oriented e-poster
The guideline for e-posters follows those for scientific or clinical oral presentation.
Abstract title: maximum 25 words, in capital letters
Abstract text: limited to 250 words. The fonts should be Arial 11 pt.
